Home Design
Lot owners are free to choose their own design for building or pick one of our offered floor plans. We can assist in creating a plan according to your design and work with our architects in developing final house plans.
Floor Plans
We have a number of highly customizable floor plans available to help guide in the design of your home. The plans include anywhere from one to three floors and up to four bedrooms per floor.
Building Contractor
We have formed a home building team for the construction of all new homes in Coral Pointe. Having constructed many resorts in the past to the satisfaction of clients we have the expertise for an on time delivery. Other home builders are allowed upon our approval.
Building Costs/Financing
Costs for the construction of homes can range widely based on the type of design and the furnishings. Pricing will generally be in the range from $90 to $120 USD per square foot.
